Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the baseline rules for using the CogentQAI product and related services during the current V1 phase.

By accessing or using CogentQAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

1. Service Overview

CogentQAI provides tools, guidance, and generated outputs intended to help users plan, configure, and build AI development stacks. The service may include account features, hardware analysis, stack recommendations, generated installation assets, and related documentation.

CogentQAI is an evolving V1 software product. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information where required and notify the operator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use CogentQAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, upload or transmit malicious code, or use generated outputs in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, or platform restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property

CogentQAI, including its product design, branding, interface elements, documentation, and underlying software, remains the property of its operator or licensors except where otherwise stated.

Subject to these terms, users retain rights they independently hold in their own inputs and project materials. No ownership transfer is granted in the CogentQAI service itself unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Service Changes and Availability

CogentQAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Availability, feature scope, and compatibility may change as the platform evolves.

The operator is not obligated to maintain any specific feature set, uptime target, or backward compatibility for preview or early-stage functionality.

6. No Warranty

CogentQAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service, generated outputs, and recommendations are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of CogentQAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

8. Contact and Operator Details

Operator details, contact channels, and formal legal notices will be published before production or commercial rollout.

For now, references to support, operator identity, and legal contact information are placeholders pending final legal and business review.
